Inspiration from television

I'm watching the Biggest Loser finale. I just LOVE this show! I am fascinated with people who lose weight. I always have. I love to browse the before and after pictures in magazines, whether the person lost 10 or 200 pounds. I am so proud of these contestants and all they've done for themselves. I find this show most inspiring.
I have a book from Jillian Michaels called Making the Cut. I've read it and find that's it pretty intense, though she warns it is. It's a 30 day plan that is detailed down to your shopping list. I find lost of good information that I'll put to use. I like having references like this to keep me looking for something new and fresh to incorporate into my daily life.
The best nutritional book I've ever read is Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet. I have never read of anyone more hardcore than she is. My dear friend and sister, Dot, gave me a subscription to Oxygen magazine which features Tosca as a contributing writer. I hear she has a reality show coming out that I would love to see. However, it's in Canada, so I doubt I'll see it.
I have an important event coming up in a little over a month and I want to trim down for it. I also have my reunion this summer to get ready for. I have alot of work to do and even more discipline to master. Discipline is not one of my best virtues.
The key that I have found is to not give up. So I will pack my back for the gym tomorrow, and get going!
